The market is leveling off and we can expect the market to stabilize by year end due to the Feds commitment to increase interest rates while trying to contain the highest inflation in the past 40 years. We are seeing the steepest rise in rates in a six-month-span in decades. We are seeing more inventory coming on with sellers realizing the market is shifting. We are also seeing house price reductions and some houses are sitting on the market a little longer. This is all good for the buyers. The highest mortgage rates in history?
